本研究評估土耳其語版兒童聽覺過敏問卷（P-HQ）於2-6歲兒童，包括自閉症光譜障礙（ASD）者的適用性｜10題版本經因素分析與ROC曲線驗證，有良好信度（Cronbach's α = 0.81）及鑑別力（AUC = 0.814）｜ASD兒童得分顯著較高，≥9分截斷值具中等敏感度與高特異度｜該問卷可作為初步篩檢工具，協助臨床識別需進一步評估的聽覺過敏風險孩童。

// This study evaluated the Turkish version of the Paediatric Hyperacusis Questionnaire (P-HQ) for identifying auditory sensitivity in children aged 2-6, including those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Using a 10-item version, validity was confirmed through factor and ROC analyses, showing good reliability (Cronbach's α = 0.81) and discriminative ability (AUC = 0.814). Children with ASD scored significantly higher, and a cut-off score of ≥9 provided moderate sensitivity and high specificity for screening. The Turkish P-HQ is a useful preliminary tool to help clinicians identify children at risk for hyperacusis who need further evaluation.
