// This study analyzes the 2025 IACHR report on disability rights to show how it integrates UN CRC principles to improve treatment for U.S. children with communication disorders despite U.S. nonratification of the CRC. Using legal and policy analysis, it compares the report's recommendations and CRC articles with U.S. disability laws to identify strategies in early intervention, inclusive education, and school communication access. The study concludes the IACHR report provides a practical framework to align U.S. disability practices with international children's rights, enhancing equitable and participatory communication support.
