// This study surveyed UK clinicians on oral feeding practices for infants on nCPAP and HFNC respiratory support. Most clinicians rarely or never feed infants on nCPAP, while feeding is more common on HFNC. Over half of respondents lacked guidelines for making feeding decisions, resulting in varied practices and multidisciplinary disagreements. The study highlights the need for evidence-based guidelines and further research on feeding safety in these infants.
