本研究評估兩家醫院新生兒「早期聽力篩檢與介入（EHDI）」1-3-6基準的依從性｜分析22,451名患者的回顧性資料，發現初篩完成率高，但及時後續追蹤僅25%達標｜延遲及未完成追蹤與母親年輕、黑人、社區貧困指數高及使用美國手語等因素相關｜結果顯示需針對高風險族群加強介入，提升EHDI時效完成率。

// This study assessed adherence to Early Hearing Detection and Intervention (EHDI) 1-3-6 benchmarks in newborns at two hospitals. Using retrospective data from 22,451 patients, it found high initial screening completion but low timely follow-up, with only 25% completing milestones on time. Delays and incomplete follow-ups were linked to younger maternal age, Black race, higher Area Deprivation Index, and maternal use of American Sign Language. The results suggest targeted interventions are needed to improve timely EHDI milestone completion.
