本研究調查治療發展性語言障礙（DLD）青少年的語言病理學家（SLPs）｜發現SLPs難以獲得針對大齡學生的專業發展（PD）資源，但對臨床技能依然有信心｜多數SLPs透過線上平台與會議尋求PD，並依賴臨床判斷提供循證護理｜建議將臨床判斷視為實務證據，優化針對大齡學生SLPs的PD內容。

// This study surveyed speech-language pathologists (SLPs) working with adolescents with developmental language disorder (DLD) to assess their access to professional development (PD) and confidence in serving this group. Findings showed SLPs struggle to find PD specifically for older students with DLD but remain confident in their clinical skills. Most SLPs seek PD through online platforms and conferences and rely heavily on clinical judgment to provide evidence-based care. The authors suggest recognizing clinical judgment as practice-based evidence to better tailor PD for SLPs working with older students.
