// This study evaluated the implementation of the Childhood Dysphagia Management Scale (CDMS) using the RE-AIM framework in a multi-site children's hospital. Quantitative analysis of 4,829 assessments showed high completion rates (92.3%) with strong implementation and maintenance over 30 months. Qualitative data identified site-specific adoption differences and workflow factors supporting use. The findings indicate CDMS is ready for broader adoption and sustained use in pediatric dysphagia care.
