// This scoping review identified behavioural factors influencing healthcare engagement among adults with dizziness or vestibular disorders by analyzing 16 studies. These factors span all COM-B framework domains, with physical and social opportunities being most common. The findings highlight that structural, social, motivational, and capability-related determinants affect vestibular care engagement at multiple stages. Using the COM-B framework offers a useful approach to target specific behaviours and improve vestibular healthcare access and participation.
