本研究透過患者在家自行監測電耳蝸圖（ECochG）與四點阻抗（4PI）三個月，探討耳蝸植入術後聽力損失機制｜發現手術中ECochG指標及耳蝸微音訊（CM）振幅下降與聽力保存較差及阻抗升高顯著相關｜此技術展現居家監測可行性，有助辨識個人化照護生物標誌，提升術後聽力保存成果。
// This study examined postoperative residual hearing loss mechanisms after cochlear implantation using patient-administered in-home monitoring of electrocochleography (ECochG) and four-point impedance (4PI) over three months. Key findings showed that ECochG markers during surgery and drops in cochlear microphonic (CM) amplitude correlated with poorer hearing preservation and increased impedance. The results demonstrate that in-home cochlear health monitoring is feasible and can identify biomarkers useful for personalizing postoperative care. These biomarkers may improve hearing preservation outcomes after cochlear implantation.
