// This systematic review and meta-analysis evaluated press-needle therapy for allergic rhinitis in children using 24 RCTs with 1625 participants. The study found that press-needle combined with medication significantly improved clinical efficacy, symptoms, quality of life, and reduced recurrence rates compared to medication alone, while press-needle alone showed no clear benefit. Press-needle therapy was well tolerated without increasing adverse events. Further high-quality RCTs are needed to confirm its independent effects and clarify immunological outcomes.
