本研究探討耳鏡內壁顏色對4K-3D外視鏡檢查影像暈光與可見度的影響｜測試7種顏色，白色耳鏡內壁能最小化暈光並提升可見度，銀色亦表現良好，紅色效果最差｜結果顯示白色耳鏡內壁可提升影像品質，具成本效益且有助臨床應用。

// This study examined how the inner color of ear specula affects image halation and visibility in 4K-3D exoscopic otoscopy. Seven colors were tested using automated imaging metrics and clinician preferences. White specula minimized halation and were rated highest in visibility, while silver was also effective; red performed worst. The findings suggest that speculum color, especially white, can improve otoscopic imaging quality affordably.
