// This study assessed the feasibility and safety of transoral submandibular gland excision in children with pleomorphic adenoma. Sixteen pediatric patients underwent the procedure with successful tumor removal, a mean operative time of 42.6 minutes, and high cosmetic satisfaction. Transient nerve dysfunction and minor complications occurred but resolved without lasting effects, and no recurrences were observed. The findings suggest that transoral excision is a safe, effective, and cosmetically favorable option for selected pediatric cases.
