// The Effects of Lexical Stress, Lexical Type, and Voicing Context on Symptom Expression in Individuals With Adductor Laryngeal Dystonia
本研究探討詞彙重音、發聲環境及詞類對收縮性喉肌痙攣(AdLD)患者發聲症狀的影響|分析48名AdLD患者語音,發現重讀音節和以元音開頭的音節症狀較多,非重讀內容詞症狀較少於功能詞|對照組雖有相似效應但互動模式不同,顯示此症狀模式具AdLD特異性,深化對該病任務特異性語言影響的理解。
// This study investigated how lexical stress, voicing context, and lexical type affect voice symptoms in people with adductor laryngeal dystonia (AdLD). Speech from 48 individuals with AdLD showed that stressed syllables and syllables starting with vowels elicited more symptoms, and content words in unstressed syllables had fewer symptoms than function words. Control participants showed some effects but differed in interaction patterns, indicating these symptom patterns are specific to AdLD. The findings clarify linguistic influences on AdLD symptoms, contributing to understanding its task-specific nature.
