本研究評估並改良軍人噪音性聽力損失診斷法｜新法M-NIHL60+以年齡校正聽力閾值加權，提升靈敏度與特異度平衡｜結果顯示診斷準確度明顯提升，並指出不同頻率聽力隨年齡退化速率受初期損失程度影響。

// This study evaluated and improved a method (rM-NIHL) for diagnosing noise-induced hearing loss in military men aged 61-80 using audiogram data from exposed and non-exposed groups. The original method showed high sensitivity but poor specificity, prompting development of a new method (M-NIHL60+) based on weighted age-corrected hearing thresholds. The new method achieved a better balance of sensitivity and specificity with higher diagnostic accuracy. Findings also suggest that hearing loss progression with age varies by frequency depending on initial hearing loss level.
