本研究探討共創設計如何改變輔助與替代溝通（AAC）介入，透過積極參與使用者及其家庭｜提出以使用者為中心的系統開發和目標設定方法，取代傳統以專業人員為主的模式｜結果顯示共創提升共同行動決策，貼近實際生活需求，並強化介入效果，對AAC實務、研究及專業訓練具重要啟示。

// This article explores how codesign can transform augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) interventions by actively involving clients and their families throughout the process. It proposes a structured approach to center these contributors in system development and goal setting, moving away from practitioner-centered models. The study highlights that codesign enhances shared decision making, aligns interventions with real-life contexts, and better addresses user needs. Implications for AAC practice, research, and professional training are also discussed.
