// This study evaluated the 10% electroneurography (ENoG) threshold's ability to predict complete recovery in children with Bell's palsy. Retrospective analysis of 27 patients treated with corticosteroids showed that those with ENoG ≥10% residual amplitude had a 100% complete recovery rate within 3 months, while lower ENoG values correlated with only 50% recovery and longer times. Statistical analyses confirmed the 10% threshold as the best predictor of full recovery without sequelae. The findings suggest the 10% ENoG cutoff effectively forecasts favorable outcomes in pediatric Bell's palsy.
