本研究探討經後迷路入路（RLA）移除前庭神經鞘瘤後，患者術後生活品質（QOL）的影響因素｜利用PANQOL問卷評估，術後兩年內整體QOL穩定或提升，焦慮明顯減少｜聽力保存與聽力、平衡及精力改善相關，顯示RLA有助維持或提升術後生活品質，且聽力保護促進功能與情緒健康。

// This study examined factors influencing postoperative quality of life (QOL) in patients undergoing vestibular schwannoma removal via the retrolabyrinthine approach (RLA). QOL was assessed using the PANQOL questionnaire before surgery and up to two years after. Results showed stable or improved overall QOL scores postoperatively, with anxiety significantly reduced and hearing preservation linked to better hearing, balance, and energy outcomes. The findings suggest RLA maintains or enhances postoperative QOL, with hearing preservation benefiting both functional and emotional well-being.
