本研究評估術中光學相干斷層掃描（OCT）於人工耳蝸手術中觀察耳蝸微結構的應用｜透過圓窗膜進行高解析度、即時影像，有助精準評估耳蝸構造並指引電極植入｜結果顯示OCT提昇手術精確度，降低耳蝸損傷風險，進而改善聽力復原，具轉變手術方式的潛力。

// This study evaluated the use of intraoperative Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) to visualize cochlear micro-structures during cochlear implant (CI) surgery in human temporal bones. OCT imaging through the round window membrane provided high-resolution, real-time views that improved assessment of cochlear anatomy and guided electrode insertion. The results suggest that OCT enhances surgical precision, potentially reducing intra-cochlear trauma and improving hearing outcomes. Integrating OCT could transform CI surgery from a mostly blind procedure to one with significant visual guidance.
