// This study compared the effects of three session-frequency schedules for aphasia script-training in 45 adults post-stroke. Participants completed six 1-hour sessions delivered either as standard, intensive, or attenuating schedules using computer-based practice. Results showed all schedules led to significant improvements in script accuracy and speech rate without differences between conditions, and generalization effects appeared at 4-week follow-up. The findings suggest session frequency does not impact treatment efficacy when the total dose is controlled.
