本研究調查美國語言治療師（SLPs）使用國際功能、殘障與健康分類（ICF）框架評估語音障礙兒童的情況｜296名SLPs中超過半數不熟悉ICF，評估多聚焦於身體功能，較少關注活動參與或環境因素｜不到10%使用評估兒童溝通參與或自我態度的工具，強調需加強培訓與研究，推動以兒童權益為中心的整合評估模式。

// This study examined how American speech-language pathologists (SLPs) use the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) framework when assessing children with speech sound disorders (SSDs). An online survey of 296 SLPs revealed that over half were unfamiliar with the ICF and predominantly focused on Body Functions rather than Activities/Participation or Contextual Factors. Less than 10% used tools assessing children's communicative participation or self-reported attitudes. The findings highlight the need for increased training and research to promote holistic, patient-centered assessment practices aligned with children's rights.
