本研究評估利用口腔黏膜肌瓣修復次級齶裂瘻孔，特別針對大型前部缺損｜對123名患者進行含頰動脈蒂的雙層縫合手術，並定期追蹤術後狀況｜結果顯示併發症極少，語言功能明顯改善，證明此技術在修復齶裂缺損及功能提升上具高效且可靠的應用價值。

// This study evaluated buccal myomucosal flaps for closing secondary cleft palate fistulas, focusing on large anterior defects. A two-layer closure with a buccal artery pedicle was performed on 123 patients, followed by regular postoperative assessments. Results showed minimal complications and significant speech improvement. The technique is effective, reliable, and versatile for repairing cleft palate defects and enhancing function.
