本研究透過質性訪談，探討土耳其語言治療師（SLTs）在多語言失語症患者（MPwA）照護上的經驗與挑戰｜主要問題包括缺乏文化及語言適切資源、多語言專業訓練不足，以及家庭參與困難｜建議發展客製化教學材料、強化專業網絡及擴大專業訓練，以提升多語言失語症治療的公平性與效能，對臨床、政策與教育具重要意義。

// This study examined the experiences and challenges faced by speech and language therapists (SLTs) working with multilingual people with aphasia (MPwA) in Türkiye through qualitative interviews. Key issues identified include limited culturally and linguistically appropriate resources, insufficient multilingual training, and difficulties involving families effectively. The study highlights the need for developing tailored materials, improving professional networks, and expanding specialized training to enhance equitable and effective multilingual aphasia therapy. These findings have important implications for clinical practice, policy, and education in diverse linguistic settings.
