本研究評估CT影像特徵與臨床資料能否預測耳硬化症患者植入人工耳蝸的效果｜結果顯示CT分期與聽力改善無關，但年齡較大、聽損時間較長、電極設計及植入位置影響語音辨識成效｜使用預彎電極及鼓室階植入、加上先前成功的鐙骨手術，均提升術後表現，臨床因素優於影像分期預測人工耳蝸效益。

// This study assessed whether CT features and clinical data predict cochlear implant outcomes in otosclerosis patients. CT-based otosclerosis staging did not correlate with hearing improvement, while older age, longer hearing loss duration, electrode design, and scala insertion site influenced speech perception success. Precurved electrodes and scala tympani placement led to better outcomes, and prior successful stapes surgery also improved results. Thus, clinical factors rather than radiologic staging better predict cochlear implant benefits in otosclerosis.
