本研究分析31項隨機對照試驗，涵蓋2,038名頭頸癌患者｜吞嚥復健療法在吞嚥功能、誤吸、口服攝取、張口度及整體生活品質上呈現中等至輕微改善，疼痛明顯減輕｜療程時間越長、頻率越高，口服攝取效果越佳，顯示個別化且持續的復健對患者長期照護具實質助益。

// This study examined the effects of swallowing rehabilitative therapies on function and quality of life in head and neck cancer patients by analyzing 31 randomized controlled trials with 2,038 participants. Using pooled effect sizes, the therapies showed moderate to small improvements in swallowing function, aspiration, oral intake, mouth opening, and overall quality of life, with a large reduction in pain. Longer and more frequent therapy programs were linked to better oral intake outcomes. The findings suggest that tailored, sustained swallowing rehabilitation can benefit head and neck cancer patients as part of long-term care.
