本研究透過故事宏觀與微觀結構指標，評估發展性語言障礙（DLD）兒童的識別能力｜分析34名DLD及34名一般發展兒童無字繪本故事樣本，結合指標展現良好敏感度與特異度｜結果支持此無字繪本任務為華語DLD診斷有效工具。
// This study evaluated the use of narrative macro- and micro-structure measures to identify children with developmental language disorder (DLD). Narrative samples from 34 children with DLD and 34 typically developing children were analyzed using a wordless-picture story task. The combined narrative measures showed good sensitivity and specificity in distinguishing children with DLD. The findings support this task as a valid diagnostic tool for Mandarin-speaking children with developmental language disorder.
