// A pragmatic pilot study of school speech-language pathologist delivery of the Lidcombe Program via telepractice
// This pilot study evaluated the effectiveness of the Lidcombe Program for school-age children who stutter, delivered via telepractice by offsite speech-language pathologists. Speech data from 16 children showed significant reductions in stuttering severity and frequency after nine months for those who continued treatment. Parents reported telepractice as convenient and enhancing access without harming therapist relationships. The findings suggest telepractice can be an effective method to deliver the Lidcombe Program and reduce access barriers.
