// This study translated and validated the Youth Attitude to Noise Scale for Italian adolescents (YANS-It) through a nationwide survey of 991 youths aged 11-19. Confirmatory Factor Analysis supported the original four-factor structure with good reliability (McDonald's ω = 0.81). Results showed adolescents' noise attitudes varied by age, gender, and listening habits. The validated YANS-It can guide prevention efforts and education promoting safer listening behaviors among Italian youth.
