// Family needs of preschool children with hearing loss in a multi-provincial service-connected sample in China: a cross-sectional survey

本研究開發並初步評估針對中國聽障學齡前兒童家庭的需求量表｜調查266位來自21省的照護者，發現整體需求高度集中於語言康復指導、學校安置及發展影響理解｜教育需求超越康復、社會支持與醫療，且低收入及未積極使用殘障服務家庭需加強關注，結果具初步參考價值。

// This study developed and preliminarily evaluated a Family Needs Scale tailored for Chinese families with preschool children who have hearing loss. A survey of 266 caregivers across 21 provinces revealed high overall needs, especially for speech-language rehabilitation guidance, school placement counseling, and understanding developmental impacts. Educational needs were prioritized over rehabilitation, social support, and medical needs, with lower emphasis on early screening. Findings suggest targeted outreach may be needed for low-income families and those less engaged with disability services, though results are preliminary due to the sample.
