本研究探討語言治療師（SLPs）與研究生在自然遊戲觀察中，優先關注的照顧者與兒童溝通策略｜雙方主要聚焦於教導照顧者可行的行為調整，而非環境因素，強調利用現有優勢進行微調｜結果顯示SLPs與學生能有效運用實證方法，透過合作式、強項導向的指導，提升照顧者日常互動質量。

// This study examined which caregiver-child communication strategies speech-language pathologists (SLPs) and graduate students prioritize during initial observations of natural play interactions. Both groups primarily focused on teachable caregiver actions rather than environmental factors, identifying caregivers' existing strengths and suggesting small, feasible refinements. Findings show that SLPs and students recognize evidence-based practices and can effectively engage in collaborative, strengths-based caregiver coaching. This supports using observation-based coaching to enhance caregiver routines through minor adjustments rather than new skill teaching.
