// This study assessed factors predicting recovery in children with sudden sensorineural hearing loss (SSNHL). Using multivariable logistic regression on data from 212 patients, only the initial hearing threshold independently predicted hearing recovery. Other symptoms and systemic inflammatory markers showed no significant prognostic value. Age differences in these associations were not statistically significant, and findings need future prospective validation.
