// This study evaluated the role of Aerodigestive Clinic (ADC) assessment in children with vascular rings or slings. ADC evaluation identified additional aerodigestive issues in over half the cases, influencing treatment and sometimes deferring surgery. Although ADC involvement did not significantly reduce long-term residual symptoms, it helped guide surgical decisions and management. Preoperative respiratory medication use was linked to ongoing symptoms after repair.
