本研究建立了中文發音與語音測試（MAPT）的初步參考資料｜針對3至6歲普通話學齡前兒童進行語音評估，測試包含詞彙、發音及語音子測驗｜結果顯示MAPT具良好內部一致性、高評分者間信度，且在內容、結構與標準效度均通過驗證｜普通發展兒童與語音障礙兒童間有顯著差異，支持其臨床應用價值｜提供依年齡百分位數的基準，有助評估與決策。
// This study developed preliminary reference data for the Mandarin Articulation and Phonological Test (MAPT) and evaluated its reliability and validity for assessing speech in Mandarin-speaking preschoolers aged 3-6. The MAPT, consisting of word, articulation, and phonology subtests, showed good internal consistency, high interrater reliability, and valid content, construct, and criterion properties. Significant differences were found between typically developing children and those with speech sound disorders, supporting the test's clinical utility. Preliminary percentile-based benchmarks were provided to aid age-referenced clinical assessment and decision-making.
