本研究運用五項孕期社會因素與機器學習，開發並驗證圍產期社會決定因素（SDoH）風險評分｜該評分可有效預測早產兒2歲的認知、語言與運動發展，並具有中等準確度識別神經發展障礙｜風險較高的早產兒發展得分明顯較低，該評分有助於新生兒加護病房早期篩檢與介入。

// This study developed and validated a perinatal social determinant of health (SDoH) risk score using five prenatal social factors and machine learning to predict neurodevelopment in preterm infants. The score significantly explained variance in cognitive, language, and motor outcomes at 2 years and showed moderate accuracy in identifying neurodevelopmental impairment. Infants with higher social risk had notably lower developmental scores. The SDoH score can help early identification and intervention for at-risk preterm infants in NICUs.
