// Vestibular Rehabilitation for Vestibular Migraine: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis
// This systematic review and meta-analysis (PRISMA) of seven studies (n=272) evaluated vestibular rehabilitation in adults with vestibular migraine. Mixed-effects meta-analysis found a clinically significant pooled DHI reduction of −23.97 points (95% CI −33.31 to −14.62, P<0.0001), while improvements in the ABC did not reach clinical significance. Results showed high heterogeneity (I2=96%) and possible small-study bias with generally moderate-to-low quality evidence. Vestibular rehabilitation appears to reduce dizziness handicap in VM, but larger standardized prospective trials are needed to confirm effects on balance and optimize protocols.
