單中心回顧研究：Lichtenberger 針鉗輔助內視鏡聲帶外側化術（EVFLA）於8名≤6個月雙側聲帶癱瘓嬰兒的安全與療效｜結果100%避免氣切；術後中位插管1天、無創呼吸中位1.5天，6/8最終以純口餵養｜3例需小修、3例嗓音異常但無聲帶結構性損傷，顯示EVFLA為安全、有效且微創的氣切替代策略，具臨床應用價值。

// This retrospective single-center study evaluated safety and efficacy of endoscopic vocal fold lateralization (EVFLA) with the Lichtenberger needle holder as an alternative to tracheotomy in 8 infants under 6 months with bilateral vocal fold paralysis. Primary outcome showed 100% tracheotomy avoidance, with median postoperative intubation of 1 day and median continuous NIV of 1.5 days, and 6/8 patients achieving exclusive oral feeding at final follow-up. Three patients required minor revision surgeries (laryngeal edema, loose suture, mild glottic synechia) and three reported dysphonia, but no structural vocal fold damage occurred. EVFLA appears to be a safe, effective, minimally invasive alternative to tracheotomy for neonatal BVFP-related airway obstruction.
