// This article examines barriers and facilitators to care for children with pediatric feeding disorder (PFD). Using a targeted literature synthesis and conceptual analysis, the authors identified and grouped care barriers. They found multiple barriers affecting professionals and caregivers, including limited resources, inadequate clinical tools, poor care coordination, limited access, and caregiver-related challenges. The authors conclude a unified strategy is needed and propose five initiatives: advance research, policy, and guidelines; provide PFD-specific professional training; expand access to care; strengthen support systems; and improve caregiver education and engagement.
