// Children's Rights to the Best Possible Care: Establishing Processes for Data Collection in Routine Care to Address Questions of Intervention Effectiveness for Children With Speech Sound Disorder

第1期為兒童speech sound disorder（SSD，語音障礙）建立共識診斷流程、介入定義與核心結果集，目的是用常規醫療資料找出最佳照護｜研究透過umbrella review、治療師工作坊、卡片排序與德爾菲程序達成共識；第2期將在常規照護測試可行性，第3期擴展至跨服務與跨國進行大規模分析，具臨床與政策應用價值。

// Phase 1 of the MISLToe_SSD program aimed to create a consensus diagnostic pathway, a defined list of interventions, and a core outcome set to enable use of routine care data to identify best care for children with speech sound disorder. The team used an umbrella review, participatory workshops with speech and language therapists, a card-sorting exercise for interventions, and a Delphi process for the core outcome set, with ongoing patient and public involvement. Consensus was reached on the diagnostic protocol, intervention definitions, and core outcomes; Phase 2 will test feasibility in routine care and Phase 3 will scale the work across services and countries for large-scale analysis.
