本研究開發基於ICF（國際功能分類）的家長回報溝通篩檢量表CSS｜於210名土耳其單語兒童驗證後定為23題、4面，除注意外可顯著區分有無語言/語音障礙，與FOCUS‑34‑TR效度高，α=.73–.93，適用早期篩檢並建議拓展至雙語情境。

// This study developed and validated an ICF-based, parent-report Communication Screening Scale (CSS) for monolingual Turkish-speaking preschool children. Items were generated from 54 ICF codes, refined by experts and a pilot, then administered to 210 children (105 with speech/language disorders, 105 typically developing) and compared to established tests (Turkish Early Language Development Test, AAT, FOCUS-34-TR). Factor analysis produced a 23-item scale with four subfactors (language skills, communication, speech intelligibility, attention); the CSS significantly distinguished children with and without disorders (except the attention factor), showed strong criterion validity with FOCUS-34-TR, and had internal consistency coefficients of .73–.93. The authors conclude the CSS is a feasible, valid, and reliable parent-report screener for early identification in Turkish preschool settings and recommend further adaptation for bilingual and other contexts.
